  • 菜燕粉
  • 椰浆丝
  • pandan叶
  • 龙眼罐头装

菜燕粉的包装都会写上成分.如果是200ML的水,那我们只须放150ML,因为等下须加上椰浆水.

然后,将菜燕粉慢慢倒进去.搅撒.开火煮,开慢火.煮到滚为止. 加上糖(包装有注明).

三分之一的分量倒进另一锅,锅加上上挤好的椰浆水(爷浆水大概一小碗,浓度依个人喜欢). 再煮滚.加上少许盐.

另一锅加入少许的龙眼水.加上色素.

椰浆菜燕先倒进.硬后,轻轻在表面割横,这样才会让俩层粘住.加上另一层.加入龙眼.
