i just a fresh graduate and join my company for half year long. actually i never expected bonus for this timing. unfortunately, company more look at it. switch bonus to incentive scheme is a successful action to cancel bonus plan. well…too disappointed with setting high target for incentive. bonus bcome dirty word for my company management i tink.

i dont think it really motivate people to bring in more sales. somemore internal fighting is another issue. top management is using “fair” as reason to implement incentive scheme. to avoid appraisal result based on personal is the best way to remove bonus scheme. but how sure incentive scheme can be fair…
