逛商场买金钱

Bank银行,subsidiaries子公司,business partner生意伙伴,agent代理…其实有多少人分得清楚呢?分不清楚会不会有后果?

我相信天下没有白吃的午餐。最近,我收到朋友的邮件。《MAYBANK EtiQa Takaful储蓄计划的惊人内幕!请大家帮忙FORWARD给身边的亲朋戚友!‏》严重!言重!没想到这么快这产品出事了。每每银行推出新计划都会引来争议。事实上,是出自communication break down的问题。其实,我一直以来我都很不明白,为什么:

  1. 银行要请代理。Etiqa有的代理商多不胜数。多得人不知道到底那一间是Etiqa分行,那一件Etiqa agency。事情发生后,叫顾客去A行,A行叫他回B行。来来去去,谁都不原意承担。最糟糕是AGENCY关档了。顾客何从何去?
  2. 顾客在商场买储蓄计划。不觉得很危险吗?在公众场所签和合约。在公众场所谈金钱计划。吵闹是沟通其中一种障碍。
