豆腐蒸腊肠 - 清蒸也可以很美味。豆腐太淡,配上腊肠吧!然后加上爆小葱和蚝油酱油汁。

介兰炒内藏 - 内脏无益,但内脏藏可以补钙质。所以纯粹调味也无妨。爆香蒜米和疆(内脏很腥味),加内脏炒,加上介兰反炒。米酒和盐调味。

煲鸡饭 - 蒜米爆香,鸡丁加香菇,腊肠,生米,炒。。加上黑酱油,酱油,盐调味。

南乳焖猪肉- 蒜米,疆,南乳,米酒,糖,猪肉焖。加上炸马铃薯片更好吃。
